ceremony

a journey into the heart

In ceremony, we sing, we pray, we witness, we give thanks, we find our ground, we listen, we call to our ancestors, we open our hearts.

We can turn to ceremony in moments of great transition and hardship. For the sheer joy and pleasure of feeling deeply alive. To acknowledge that which feeds us. To remember the sounds of the wind and the birds as the echo of our own being. When we are in need of guidance. When we’ve lost hope. When our love needs a place to go. To prepare and purify ourselves. When we have forgotten our soul’s purpose in this life, and we need our ancestors to remind us.

Ceremony is a microcosm of our lives, a training ground for embracing life’s hardships, and the blessed opportunity for refuge and reveling in communion with the Divine.

When we are in direct apprenticeship with the Earth, ritual and ceremony provide the necessary stable container for us to let go and learn.

I facilitate individual and group opportunities to for deep communion with our ancestors, these sacred lands, and our plant and animal friends and teachers.
